One Star For Shipping!
My concern was not the product itself, the bamboo hats, but the shipping. I was charged a prime rate for shipping ($16) and when the hats arrived they were stuffed into their box (actually crushed). I was able to gently reform the hats but this is a poor method of shipment. Can you not use a box large enough to ship this product?
