Now Hiring: Fulfillment / Order Picking and Packing Associate - Part Time
Location: Tonawanda, NY 14150
Purpose: The purpose of the Order Pulling & Packing Associate is to support shipping and fulfillment of customer orders and other functions within the fast paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include order pulling, packing, stocking warehouse shelves, and other duties as assigned. 
Essential Duties:
  • Assist with shipping and fulfillment of customer orders
  • Pick and pack orders using company standards
  • Pick and pack orders within company timelines
  • Organize items to company standards
  • Identify damaged or missing merchandise and notify Team Lead
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
General Description: The primary responsibility for the successful candidates will be to manage the daily activities within their portfolio of responsibility.  Candidate will work closely with other warehouse team members who contribute to this function, and also participate in activities in other functions.  Candidate will also be responsible for end of day reporting, planning and shift preparation.
Minimum Requirements
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Able to climb rolling staircases and/or ladders
  • Able to work on foot for extended periods
  • Basic skill set for use of tablets, scanners, and computers required
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 yrs previous fulfillment experience preferred
  • Reliable mode of transportation

Candidate must be organized and able to take direction for daily duties, be goal oriented, be open to accepting opportunities for improvement, and be comfortable working in a physically demanding high paced environment. Now Hiring: eCommerce Customer Service Representative - Part Time
Location: Tonawanda, NY 14150
Purpose: The eCommerce CSR roll is a unique position within a fast-paced warehouse. The skill set required for this position is different from a typical retail customer service position. The majority of this position is spent behind a desk, but this is not a desk job. Candidates will be trained on our fulfillment process before interacting with any customers, and if offered the position will be required pick and ship orders at times. They will also use our proprietary back-end system and eCommerce platform system to research order/inventory information.  
Essential Duties:
  • Communicating with customers across multiple online marketplaces
  • Use of email, marketplace messaging, chat client, and telephones
  • Calculating pricing and return rates
  • Process returns within each marketplaces' regulations and timelines
  • Critical Thinking and Decision making
  • Organize items to company standards
  • Assist with shipping and fulfillment of customer orders
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work both on foot and seated for long periods of time
  • Capable of lifting 25 pounds unassisted
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Experience in online customer service, specifically dealing with customers through email is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook is preferred
  • Understanding of e-commerce retailing preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 yrs previous eCommerce CSR experience preferred

Successful applicant must have an energetic and positive attitude, and be able to work both independently and as a team. Opportunities for overtime and advancement available. Full Time position may be an option for the right candidate.
