Saloon Girl Plus Size Costume

Cute comfortable costume.... The pros This costume is is a true red and black in coloring... I wear a size 12 jeans and 16 top... This fit well... The skirt was stretchy enough it could fit a larger size yet snug enough it did not fall down... The blouse was slightly larger... It fit me but could easily fit someone larger... I did not wear the head piece but it could be attached by Bobby pins... I would suggest you pin the feather too or you will probably lose it... I wore thigh high stockings and from the mirror I could not see the tops... The longest part of the skirt was about knee length on me... The been kind of dips and raises ... I'm 5'4.. Cons There only thing I did not like was the corset... It was a separate piece from the top and the skirt... It has straps that go over the shoulder.. I'm larger breasted and the short straps caused the corset it sit half way on my chest and looked awful... A smaller chested person may not have this issue??.... It's an easy fix tho... If you know how to sew, I think it could be easily cut and sewn... I don't know how so I did the next best thing... I folded the straps down and safety pinned it in place... Simple fix Over all I liked the costume... It's light weight.. flows nicely... And you don't need a tulle skirt to go underneath it... Great price compared to other options
