Sexy White Retro Dance Costume Petticoat

These 10" white polyester micro-crinoline petticoats are short & sexy! How short are they? A standard crinoline is about 19", short is usually around 16" - and these are a full 6" shorter! These are a spicy finishing touch that can be worn underneath some of our sexier short-cut costumes, or for a retro Madonna feel with sex appeal you can dress up with hot shorts underneath and wear as a skirt! The hip band is super flexible, allowing for a waist as small as a dress size of 6 to as large as a dress size of 16.
