    The Uma wig I purchased was new and in perfect condition. My 6 year old granddaughter is excited to wear it for Halloween 2017. I did think that shipping was a bit high for a 4 day delivery, over $20 to he exact. . Thank goodness she's worth it. No complaints in the product. However, I just paid $39.95 for the wig and now I see it for $18.99. Shipping and the wig cost me $65.00. I just got the wig 2 days ago. I'm extremely disappointed that I now see it for $21.00 less than I paid. Can I get the difference back? I'm on a budget and raising my granddaughter now after her mother, my daughter, was murdered in 2015. Thank you, Paula Crain
