Wicked Clown Women's Costume

They all float, at least that's what they say it said. When poor souls go missing without a trace in a small town, reaching back hundreds of years, some say it is the work of an evil and wicked clown. Now you can be the one taking the unfortunate souls to your lair in the sewer and look menacing at the same time! This costume includes a scary-licious clown-like satin dress with sheer ruffled attached skirt, matching tattered sleeves, bloomer style shorts, ruffled collar, and clown hat headpiece. Wig, knife, and other accessories are not included. This is great on its own, but could be even better with the other costumes and accessories available in our store!
